Leadership development, however, does
not progress in a linear fashion. Some visionary leaders, who
are able to enroll others in bold new ventures, need work building
more resilience and learning to manage difficult emotions that flash
unexpectedly (Self Mastery).
Other clients have excellent will and discipline and clear
intentions and broad strategies, yet need to work on building more
empathy and attunement with others for maximum success.
