Cindy Marteney, Founder & Principal
An experienced executive coach, Cindy
Marteney is known for creating trust and momentum with high-profile clients, who value her as both a strategic partner and an effective change agent.
Cindy specializes in developing new leadership competencies in clients and routinely works
with them on moving vision into action, navigating difficult
conversations, and working with the non-verbal elements of
leadership. Using revealing somatic exercises and through a
structured approach to coaching, Cindy helps clients develop stronger leadership presence and generate more fulfilling results.
Cindy's clients include leaders and emerging leaders from both
business and medicine, including organizations such as the University of Utah Hospital & Clinics, University of Utah School of Medicine,
University of Utah College of Nutrition, the Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, West Virginia University Medical School, Children's Miracle Network, the Veteran's Administration Medical Center, K&L Gates LLP,

Peak Software Systems, and a variety of high tech and management consultants.
Cindy is a seasoned entrepreneur, with a background in high tech, marketing, and consulting. Starting out as a Russian linguist in the Navy, where she won the Navy Achievement Medal for her analytical work, she moved into
high tech, holding marketing and leadership positions in engineering and information technology services companies CTA, Synetics, and Acurion.
She was a director of marketing at Lotus/IBM, with global marketing responsibilities for the consulting services organization, as it grew profitably from 200 to 1200 consultants
around the world. Cindy went on to be a co-founder of sports marketing dotcom, Zvia, which was sold to Myteam.com. She was chief marketing officer at Riverton Corporation as it transitioned from a software products company to a consulting company.
Cindy Marteney has an M.A. in Political Science from the
Claremont Graduate
University, is certified as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West, is certified as a Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute,
and is on the teacher track with the Enneagram Institute.
With an abiding interest in mind-body health, Cindy also leads a
successful nutritional products company, Our Health Co-op.
