Leadership Development & Executive Coaching
Leadership coaching can start with a few sessions to support
immediate decisions, near-term performance reviews, etc.
Executive development programs typically run from 6-12
months, with a practice-based approach to developing new
leadership competencies. Programs include: a
leadership assessment, a personal development plan, community of
support options. Leadership development intensives (1-2 days of
exercises, observations, and reflective time in beautiful Park City) also
available.
